    This set was designed and made for the 1950 chess olympiad in Dubrovnik (Yugoslavia). The 1950 Dubrovnik chess set was designed without religious symbols (king's cross & bishop's miter). A chess collector provided a chess set after Fischer requested it for the 1992 Fischer–Spassky rematch held at Sveti Stefan. This is the plastic replica of the Dubrovnik set This is the later version of the Dubrovnik chess set, a world-known design.
